Today was a very special day for us. The grand opening of Flavor’s of India has been a dream come true, and we are truly honored by the incredible welcome we received from the Hendersonville community. From the moment our doors opened, we felt your excitement, your kindness, and your love. For that, we are deeply grateful.
We know that in some ways we didn’t meet every expectation. The pace of service wasn’t always as smooth as we hoped, and we realize there were moments that fell a little short. But what kept us going was the encouragement from all of you. Our goal has always been to bring the authentic flavors of India to Hendersonville, and we hope that when the food reached your table, it was worth the wait.
Opening day has given us both positive lessons and areas where we need to improve. We take those lessons seriously. Our promise is to learn, grow, and fix the things that weren’t 100% tonight so that your next visit will be even better.
